It acts as a micro-reinforcement inside the concrete mix, helping control plastic shrinkage cracks, drying shrinkage cracks, and crack propagation while improving durability, tensile strength, flexural performance, and long-term concrete quality.
The product is available in 6mm, 12mm, and 24mm fiber sizes for different applications. 6mm is suitable for plastering, mortar, repair coats, tile adhesives, and thin overlays; 12mm is used for RCC slabs, beams, columns, concrete flooring, RMC concrete, and general structural concrete; while 24mm is ideal for industrial flooring, pavements, roads, heavy-duty slabs, warehouses, overlays, repairs, and impact-exposed concrete. It is commonly supplied in recommended dosages such as 100gm per 50kg cement bag and 900gm per cubic metre of concrete, depending on fiber size and application.
